Our products are carefully handpicked from several small businesses across the globe. All pieces are handmade, using non-toxic and oftentimes organic materials. We focus on a timeless, versatile style that is designed to last through the many different seasons of life in your home. It is our mission to help you create a space that is meaningful to you, and encourage you to be present in the simple, everyday moments with those you love. All products are ethically and sustainably sourced.

I need advice on what pieces to pick! Can you help with this?
Absolutely! Please send us an email or fill out the form under the 'Contact' tab on our website. We would be more than willing to work with you, whether via email or phone call, and help pick pieces that best fit your home. If demand exists, we are planning to expand our design consulting services in the future!
What if an item shows 'Out of Stock'?
If you are unable to add an item to your cart and it is showing 'Out of Stock,' it is likely we have sold out of that item. Because our products are sourced from other small businesses, we cannot guarantee the item will be back in stock as our inventory is dependent on whether those businesses choose to produce more of that item. That said, we do our best to quickly restock popular items when they sell out. If there is a sold-out item you are interested in, please let us know and we will restock as soon as possible, if we are able.
Orders
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount or promo code, you can enter it at checkout. A field titled 'Discount Code' will appear above your order total in your cart. If for any reason your code is not working correctly, please reach out directly and we will assist.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
At this time, we do not offer custom gift wrapping services. However, each order comes with tissue paper, a custom Lane & Luca sticker and a personalized thank you card. If you would like to request any special instructions, you can do so at checkout.
How do I know if Lane & Luca received my order?
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and details on shipping. Please reach out if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure your data is secure.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel or modify the order. In the case the order has already shipped, we are not able to cancel or modify, but we can assist with the return process once your order is received by you.
Shipping
How long after placing my order can I expect to receive my items?
We take great pride in fulfilling our orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If a product is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel or modify your order.
What kind of shipping is offered?
Currently, we USPS and UPS ground shipping. Shipping type varies from Standard to Express, depending on the item. Tracking information is sent via email after the order is processed.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we offer shipping within the continental United States. If you have interest in international shipping, send us a note. We will work on adding this service if there is demand.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. This email will include a USPS or UPS tracking number that you can use if you wish to track the status of your order.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but in the case your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We ask that you send an email to hello@laneluca.com that includes a picture of the damaged item. We will work with you to send a replacement immediately.
Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@laneluca.com.
