Care: Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe. For all wooden wares being used in the kitchen, special attention needs to be paid as it is in wood's nature to shift and warp when in contact with water. To clean, the pieces can be washed with regular dish soap and water but do not allow pieces to soak. For small serving boards, it's best to lean the piece or hang to dry, as laying it flat while wet can cause cupping. To keep wood hydrated and beautiful, apply food safe oil and beeswax mix on a regular basis.
